The OYN utilizes the Re-Engagement Center (REC) as a portal for all transfers of significantly off-track students and the placement of all returning out-of-school youth through the following process.

The Opportunity

In collaboration with NPS, the City of Newark, Rutgers University, local philanthropists, and a host of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), the OYN is a primary on-ramp for the city's highest-need student population.
